Terms and Conditions

This website belongs to Yellow Wine Adventures GmbH, 68A St.Alban Vorstadt, 4052, Basel, Switzerland.

All content and images are protected by copyright law.

You can order online on my website securely. Payment can be done with any credit card for “subscriptions” or “at-home experiences” boxes. Experiences, workshops and other activities can also be paid via bank transfer after requesting an e-mail invoice.

I keep things simple there is no transaction fee accounted for online payment with a credit card.

All prices listed are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are exclusive of sales tax (7.7%). The size of my business currently does not require me to charge you VAT.

You can cancel subscription services anytime in your Customer Account section. I will only be contacting you later to ask for your feedback so I can improve my value for others in the future.

You must be 18 years old minimum to visit our website and order any of my services.

Alcohol abuse can damage your health, please drink moderately and wisely. Take care of yourself.

Shipping and Delivery

I can deliver my boxes throughout Switzerland.

French and German areas closer to Basel, you can contact me, EU-Swiss border rules are applicable or subscribe to my free pickup option in Basel.

Deliveries outside Switzerland, beyond Basel triple border, are currently not available.

Orders are shipped and delivered by “me” in my e-cargo bike in the Basel ST or BL area, or alternatively with Velocurrier. I also use Swiss Post or DHL for Swiss wide cover.

Delivery costs for boxes are charged at a flat rate of CHF 10.-

Free pickup option is available in Basel - on Malzgasse 7, 4052 Basel - Vinumworld - during shop opening times: Thursdays 16:00 - 18:30, Fridays 14:00 - 18:30 or Saturdays 14:00 - 16:00.

Subscription services orders are delivered during the last two weeks of every month (I will inform you via email) - provided you have subscribed on the first two weeks of the month.

The wines are packed securely and as environmentally friendly as possible to arrive at your home safely. Contact me in case of any issues.

Refunds

The two bottle subscription service and at-home experiences wines are not refundable unless you encounter technical faults with the wines, please leave the suspicious bottle aside and contact me as soon as possible, I will call you as soon as possible to discuss compensation for you.

If you have doubts about a bottle, still contact me - I will never judge your ability or instinct to detect that something is not right with a wine.

No one should drink or accept faulty wines, but as in life, things do not always work according to our plans. Enjoy your vino!
